Job seekers can get help from us to find and keep a job and employers can get help to source and recruit employees who meet their business needs. PeoplePlus has a strong understanding of local labour markets – we know where the jobs are, what to do to help you get ready for work and how to match you to employer needs.
For employers, we can help by referring potential employees who are ready for a real work environment, providing support after your new employee starts work as they settle into the job and even providing wage subsidies for eligible employees who are mature age, long-term unemployed or Indigenous.
We can even help individuals who are interested in running a new small business who may be eligible to participate in the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme ( NEIS ).

You can access the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme if you are:
- at least 18 years of age
- fully eligible for jobactive or are a Disability Employment Services participant in the Employment Assistance Phase
- in receipt of income support for up to 39 weeks and NEIS Rental Assistance for up to 26 weeks (if eligible)
- not converted to the Age Pension before or during participation in NEIS
- available to participate in NEIS training (if relevant) and work full time in the proposed NEIS business.
