PREPARING YOU FOR WORK
Getting a job is a fantastic achievement and we’ll be there to support you for up to two years, helping you settle in and progress in your new job.
Once you are referred to us for support, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Case Manager. They will discuss your interests, needs, goals and your existing skills and will work with you to create a personal action plan to help you in your journey into work.
