Originally based in Ballarat, we now have offices in regional Victoria, Melbourne CBD, NSW (Sydney and Tamworth); and Tasmania (Hobart).

Prior to 2011, our name was ICP Educational Institute. We joined the PeoplePlus Group of Companies, a jobactive Provider, who specialise in providing employment and labour hire solutions across Victoria, NSW and SA.

PeoplePlus Education is registered with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). We are also a Quality Assured Company under ISO9001:2008. We are a Skills Tasmania Endorsed RTO; and hold Federal Contracts including the NEIS (New Enterprise Incentive Scheme).

Unique Student Identifier

From January 1st 2015, all students undertaking Accredited training must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). This is a Federal Government Initiative to ensure students will be able to track their completed studies in future years, without having to contact the individual Training Organisation. Please Note: PeoplePlus cannot issue a Statement or Certificate without a Valid and Verified USI. It is a 10 digit number assigned to you individually. From 1st January 2016 PeoplePlus will no longer create USI's for students - you must create on the website via your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Recognition of Prior Learning and credit transfers

All RPL and Credit transfers at PeoplePlus Education will be done in accordance with AQTF principals and operational guidelines for Recognition of Prior Learning.

Change of Personal Details

Students must advise of any change of name, address, telephone number or employer (if apprentice/trainee). Proof of name change is required. Failure to notify any changes may result in statement of results or certificates being posted to an incorrect address. A copy of the Change of Personal Details forms is available in our Student Handbook.

Reprint of Certificates and/or Statements of Attainment

PeoplePlus charges $ 10 per copy of a Certificate or Statement of Attainment. If you require a reprint of your VCGLR Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement, this is $ 15.00 Please click here for our Reprint Policy.

Freedom of Information

All students have the right to access any information that relates to their enrolment and study at PeoplePlus. This includes but is not restricted to all information regarding assessment, attendance and PeoplePlus files on the student.

Access and Equity

PeoplePlus Education is committed to the principal of access and equity in training and will strive to ensure the programs and services are relevant, accessible, fair and inclusive.

Support Services

PeoplePlus Education will refer students to appropriate and qualified support services as required.

Assessment feedback/results timeline

All assessment will be done in a professional manner at PeoplePlus Education taking into consideration any special requirements of the student and the student will be given multiple attempts at achieving competency.

Student who hand work in to be assessed can expect that work to be returned to them with an assessment grade given and appropriate feedback with one month of handing in the piece of assessment.
