Con Kittos – Executive Chairman
Con has been a Director of PeoplePlus Enterprises since December 2013 and he is the majority shareholder of PeoplePlus Enterprises Pty Ltd.
He has more than three decades of experience in businesses involved in IT&T, education and employment services, and a decade of successful investments in a number of businesses.
Con leads the PeoplePlus team from the front, and believes that great people working together can create truly great organisations.
Andrew Hills – General Manager, Operations
With over 20 years’ experience in the employment services industry, Andrew Hills brings a wealth of experience to his role as General Manager – Operations.
Having previously worked with and sat on the Board of the industry’s National Employment Services Association (NESA), Andrew has also provided performance advice and strategies for both employment services and disability employment services providers.
Andrew has worked with PeoplePlus since 2014 and acted as a key leadership figure in the organisation’s successful 2015-2020 jobactive tender bid.
Emma Crichton – General Manager, Skills
Emma has worked within organisations across the private, government, and not-for-profit sectors for approximately 20 years prior to joining PeoplePlus in January 2016.
She has held numerous advisory and Board positions, along with the role of CEO at St Kilda Youth Service, a youth welfare support and education provider.
Emma is focused on developing and building the Skills division within PeoplePlus. Her passion is working with organisations to assist them to do business with a social investment, and she enjoys building programs that will assist people to make a transition in their lives.
Cheryl Crispo – Chief Information Officer
Cheryl joined PeoplePlus in 2015 and has over 15 years’ worth of experience in the IT Services field. Cheryl’s knowledge spans various industries including e-commerce and retail.
Cheryl has significant experience in managing IT functions within the employment services industry, working as IT Supervisor at the Angusknight Group of Companies, supporting over 400 staff members with IT projects and management.
Jeffrey Hanlon – Finance Director
Jeff brings to PeoplePlus considerable experience in corporate governance, finance, risk compliance, general management and operations.
Prior to joining the organisation in 2015, Jeff held senior executive roles as CFO/Company Secretary and board level roles for a number of ASX listed public and unlisted companies across the innovative technology, biotech and life science sectors.
Outside of work he is involved with a not for profit health service organisation, a frequent lecturer for professional bodies and acts as a student mentor.
Sharon Phayer – National Quality and Compliance Manager
Sharon has worked within the wider PeoplePlus family for over 20 years.
Originally commencing with Tracy the Placement People (which would later merge with Australian Employment and Training Solutions and A4e Australia to become PeoplePlus), Sharon has a significant amount of business and industry-related knowledge.
In 2000, Sharon introduced the ISO quality standard and has overseen its expansion to cover the whole organisation. Additionally, Sharon has contributed to numerous Skills tenders as well as two successful employment services tenders. Sharon believes in being accountable and enjoys the diversity of her staff and clients, as well as seeing the impact that the organisation’s work has on their lives.
Estela Aiello – National Business Manager, Labour Hire
Prior to joining PeoplePlus in 2014, Estela held extensive leadership roles within the employment services, disability employment services, and labour hire organisations including working as a Branch Manager, Area Manager and Regional Manager.
Estela’s current role of National Business Manager - Labour Hire is focused on serving, maintaining and growing client relationships by providing creative labour hire solutions aligned with the client’s need to provide temporary and permanent personnel across various industries.
Carla Russo – Human Resources Manager
Carla has been a vital member of the PeoplePlus Human Resources team since 2014, and was recently appointed the role of Human Resources Manager.
Prior to working at PeoplePlus, Carla has worked on various HR-related projects within private enterprises – her most recent at GM Holden. She has broad experience in Human Resources with a particular focus on recruitment, generalist HR advice, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, employee relations, health and wellbeing, and coaching and mentoring.
