The Department of Employment’s Star Ratings cover the first 12 months of the jobactive contract period from 1 July 2015 to 7 July 2016.
The Star Ratings system focuses on three elements of performance in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality and assurance.
With eight sites located in the Sydney East Metro Region, PeoplePlus Australia has cemented its place as a high performer with 5 Star service and performance in Australia’s largest city.
Additionally, the organisation recently secured an exclusive jobactive contract on Norfolk Island, which is now operational and working closely with the local community.
